This is for ONE pallet. Had to cancel my order due to mis-representation. This order cost me me $172 in storage unit fees, anticipating I was receiving 24 pallets. We found out the day before the order was supposed to arrive that this was only one pallet. They edited the listing AFTER I completed my purchase. Be careful. NWOT refunded my order, but that still doesn’t cover my waisted storage unit fees.

I was very disappointed in this box. Even though the items were shown in pictures most of the brands were not shown and it turns out they were majority Nordstrom house brands. Now as I’ve been listing these items I’m seeing that the majority did not retail for $75+. Average MSRP would be in the $50 range. Such a bummer and false advertising.

My shoes were packed pretty poorly. They arrived damaged, the pair with rhinestones that I was excited about had rhinestones all over the box, because they were rubbing against other shoes. They were just tossed in there. Some packing tissue or plastic, separating each pair would have been nice. These are high dollar shoes, not cheap heels. I paid over $200 for this, and to get them in worse condition than pictured because the warehouse just threw them in a box is disappointing. That extra step ...

I was disappointed in the box. It advertised as luxury kids items. One of the jogger pants had fuzz balls all over it. The remaining items appeared to be second hand. I also received an adult size 2x spanx mixed in. Total disappointment. Majority of these items had to be donated.

I made my purchases September 5th and I still haven't received them. I sent an email out yesterday regarding the issue and still haven't gotten a reply back. The last email I did receive said that I would receive my packages by this weekend and that the carrier returned packages to them and they had to resend them with a different carrier. Today when I checked the tracking via the shop app, it said the packages would not arrive until September 25th. Beyond frustrated at this point.

This was a true bargain, at 50% off the regular low price so i bought two. Good thing it was such a deal because the lot consisted of 5000 chokers and another bunch of initial necklaces (which I do actually like but they have a limited audience) Quality of the necklaces is great; the chokers, not so much, and are pretty expensive for what they are. There were a couple of cute anklets that I will wear, too. So, not unhappy but glad I didn't pay more than I did.

There were some new boots. Unfortunately there were too many returned boots and lowered costing boots. I just don't know if I would buy this box again because of the returned boots. I had 3paira of boots really low end for retail value that put rotten taste in my mouth for this purchase. The cost per item is too high too be getting returns and low end boots.

Quick shipping. Overall OK, most items were pretty basic - basic tee’s and sweat shorts that are tagged as clearance from Nordstrom Rack that I’m probably going to have a hard time selling. A few good sweaters just in time for fall. Would order from NWOT again but would pick a better box with higher end clothing. This is my first box so it was mostly a test.

I've had better boxes from NWOT Outlet. This was supposed to be all mens but I received a few womens pieces. A few of the items had stains/marks so I can't sell them. Overall the brands sent were good - Nike, Under Armour, O'Neill to name a few. I think I will make my money back but I'm not sure I would purchase this one again. Also it was supposed to contain mostly shorts but I think I received 5 pairs in the 25 items.
