I took 4 years off and just came back to the gym 26 weeks ago. My PR flat bench all time is 335. I’m back to 315 for 2 as of last Monday. Yesterday, this past Monday, I tried these wraps out and hit 325 for 2 and probably could have done 4 or 5.
