Hiding the wires was tougher than the pipe swap. Perfect best of both worlds being quiet when im riding near houses and being loud and obnoxious at the flip of a switch. I cleaned the pipe after and gave a good coat of wd40 and took off and the colors on the tig welds popped beautifully.

Pretty simple install for the most part the only part that gave me any issues was the bottom part on the factory J-pipe as described in the install video. Way better quality products then what comes factory. I’m happy with this purchase and the customer service from RPM.

Excellent product. Raises the seat to a practical level. Even if you're 6'6" it helps and isn't too much. If you're about 5' though, your feet may not touch the floor on the xpedition, so know that going in, you may have dangling feet from the seat in exchange for a better view.

Like everything I’ve purchased from RPM this is a great kit. Quality parts, everything you need included, great installation videos. Paired with my ROM drop in stock location tank at 19 gallons, these rear seat tanks give me another 12 gallon capacity for a total of 31 go anywhere I want gallons! Little louder than stock but not by much with the dump closed. Ordered the quite baffle with it just in case and more than likely won't use it. With the dump open it sounds awesome.

I was on the fence about taking apart my brand new Mav R, but after seeing that rpm came up with an oem tank swap that gave almost 6 gallons more than stock without having to make any permanent changes or modifications to the existing system I didn’t hesitate. Overall, the look and sound is amazing! Much louder in person than most of the videos you see out there. My only complain, which isn't really the fault of RPM, is that on extremely dusty rides, the valve struggles to open and close.

Great product, we purchased for our desert racing car and it was a fast shipping and the sound was amazing. We installed and had a race right after and it held up really good. We only had issues with the tip bolt but decided to weld it in place since we do racing. But over all great product for the price.

Great product that fits absolutely perfectly! I was not excited about trying to squeeze the larger tank in there and I’m not quite sure how it’s possible but it was harder taking the old tank out than it was installing the new one. Only took about 1.5 hours to completely install.

The kit looks like a lot to tackle but it was very easy install and the instructions are very well put together. The kit and the Fill-A-Buddy are the best additions to the Maverick R and would put it as a must have for all cars!

This is the best of both, nice quiet deep idle with moderate accelerated tone and loud and open with cutout. Looks awesome. I purchased the original full three inch exhaust, it's awesome, but it was louder than I wanted. Then this one came out shortly after, so I decided to go ahead and purchase this one and it's exactly what I wanted in every way. The deep tone at idle sounds amazing.

Product came as describe and was fairly easy to install. The fit way perfect. I clearly did not understand the assignment and need to order the stock cover to match. I ordered the e pipe because I do like it quieter when trail riding but when I am in the dunes I like to let my hair down and be loud.

Items arrived quickly and were packaged extremely well! All the clamps were in their correct positions on the charge pipes right out of the box! Installation was a breeze and the fitment was great, just be sure to align the clamps in positions that allow you to torque them down once installed. The bov is a must! Sounds great and helps prolong the life of the turbo.

I did a few other mods at the same time but this exhaust fits nicely. It has a little more throat and in my opinion isn’t over powering. Fits sleek and clean either probably half the weight of factory. 👍👍👍👍👍

Received muffler quickly and no damage. Muffler sounds great on my 2018 Polaris sportsman 1000. Tone is excellent but not to loud. Nice that I will never have to worry about packing my muffler again. Would definitely recommend this exhaust for the sportsman 850 or 1000.

Easy install, the plug and play aspect was key in making for a clean installation and I can already tell the difference in my belt temps. I like that when I turn off the machine the fan stays on as long as the brake lights are on to continue evacuating the hot air in the clutch housing. Great upgrade.

Easy install. Watched the install video so many times it was a breeze. Rpm has the best parts and upgrades for these amazing machines. A catch can is a huge upgrade since you won’t allow hunker up oil to go into your intake/turbo.

10-25-2025 Today was first ride with the newly installed BOV on my 2023 Polaris rzr pro xp4 from RPM Powersports! I used the oem charge tube for now and it sounds good... not too loud at all...I ride in low most of day and when didn't have music blasting I really enjoyed the slight hissing sounds when under light throttle but when I get on it good in high gear and let off I love that whooshing sound!! Great quality. Pretty easy install. As you can see I had to use two metal bands in place of the provided clamp to hold it in place as the bolts on the clamp provided weren’t long enough. I like this option better though so all in all very happy.

Turns heads everywhere, sounds amazing the 3 inch makes it sound deep. Definitely reccomend. Quiet if need to be with the stock muffler. The dual 02 allows me to run my afr gauge as well.

Ordered this muffler in order to get rid of the catalytic converter in the stock muffler. I was impressed when i opened the box. Packaging was custom molded to the product. The install was easy once i took the stock muffler off which was a pain due to the stock bolts being pressed in! The muffler looks and sounds great. It’s throaty without being obnoxiously loud. Engine seems to run cooler now. Would recommend to anyone!!!!

Very nice quality well built sounds awesome little louder than expected at first but not long to get used to . Putting the exhaust tip on was a little bit of a challenge when I would tighten it down I could not keep it straight so I ended up drilling a pilot hole in one side and placing a bolt there first to hold it in place . Overall very nice quality 👌!

Love the sound, install took less than 10 minutes. Its not much louder than stock but it for sure has a deeper tone. Great for if you're trying to get rid of the cat.

Gotta say super good quality as well as easy to install. I’m very happy with it. But with that being said if you’re looking at something to be a little louder then stock this isn’t for you. It’s way louder than stock and makes conversation in the cab hard without yelling. But if you’re looking for loud this is definitely what ya want.

Videos don't do it justice to how loud it is. They aren't kidding... super easy to install takes 20-30 minutes. Highly recommend lock tight on the frame bracket bolts.

Really awesome quality on the brushless fan I had trouble fitting in the fan but I got it fix the problem I was going trough I was following the steps of the video so I had to flip it around and yes I recommend the fan upgrade

This BOV sounds amazing on my new turbo r4. None of the videos I can find do it justice! The kids smile and laugh so hard everytime they hear it. After I added the rpm charge tubes it seemed to help even more. The 2.5” cut out exhaust sounds much better than expected as well. Love being able to switch it from loud to quiet, we ride through a small town and don’t want people to have anything else to complain about to prevent UTVs being on the streets legally. Thanks RPM!

This exhaust sounds awesome closed. But open the bypass valve and you know something is going on.sound is aggressive but not obnoxious. I paired it with the valve bypass midpipe this combo gives you 3 different exhaust tones and multiple combinations for exhaust note. I would definitely buy this combo again. But the sound is only half the story. The looks are exotic, large piping,lots of twisting and multiple valves and mirror polished. And the fit was excellent.

Looks great, and fit perfectly. I kept my mid heat shield off so as to not hide the good looking pipe. Sound is a little deeper...will be looking at finishing the exhaust system with RPM sport exhaust.
