This exhaust is the best of both worlds! quiet for the trails and rowdy for the dunes! I would highly recommend this! RPM was a breeze to order from. I don't give 5 stars ever. But, the packaging, ordering, and quality are second to none! Thank you RPM for building a quality exhaust at an affordable price!!!!!!!!

Install was straight forward, when removing the intake support bracket underneath, only take out the bolt into the intake, other wise It can be a pain. Other then my own mistake, the quality seems extremely noce! And I look forward to not doing it again.

It kinda sucks to get in but fits and looks great. I haven’t been able to try it out because we have no snow. It definitely more rigid and I think it makes more turbo noises.

Pretty decent set up. Completely changes how machine sounds. Got the full silicone set up with blow off valve. Only negative is I wish they offered the drive belt air inlet in the color combinations. It would make machine look totally bad a** with everything matching.

Easy to install sounds great, good quality. My only dislike is that it is not a 2.5 inch pipe not sure why they would not make it 2.5” like the cat delete.

This bolt and washer set up is great!! Much heavier duty than the stock bolt and washer. My washer was bad so i went with this setup. Would recommend trying it

Muffler fits perfect and looks 10X better than the OEM. For those that have never looked, remove your factory heatshield and inspect the OEM muffler. Our last turbo RZR was the same (worse actually). You can see the amount of heat that builds in the stock muffler due to the "cat", as well as the huge restriction it imposes.

The quality seems fantastic, installed it on my 21 Can Am x3 Turbo R. I did purchase the HD clamp for it (by taking the old one off and only having 200 miles on it, I would definitely get the HD one and have that for a backup . Before the install I wrapped it with DEI Titanium Exhaust Wrap to keep the temps down more. I also put the shields back on. The springs are pain to get back on compared to taking the stock mid pipe out. So I would get the spring tool for the $15. As for the sound differe...

Great product. Only recommendation I would make is to include the small springs that anchor/hold the muffler to the bracket, as I assume most people purchasing this are not going from stock to this, rather from a different aftermarket muffler and are looking for a quieter option without paying the full price from Polaris for the stock one.

Fit is great, install was easy enough minus the work area being cramped but that's not their fault! Installed with the RPM thick intercooler and fan on a 120hp machine and love it! IATs are so much better.

Purchased a 22 can am maverick Ds and was Only going to add a tuner but found this complete kit and had to pull the trigger going from 120 to 220hp !!! Kit was Complete and very straightforward to install took about 5 hours hardest part was doing the clutch. Test Drive afterwards I was very Impressed!! This kit is a Must !!!

I haven’t got it installed yet because my engine is tore apart but what I can say is that the shipping time, packaging and quality/craftsmanship of the muffler is fantastic. Absolutely beautiful looking muffler. I cannot wait to get it out in my rzr. Thank you

Quality of pipes seems very good, installation was easier than installing oem, installation was even easier than removing oem. I would recommend them to anyone. The BOV is LOUD, I will be recirculating it eventually because it’s too much for us. But over all quality and instructions for installing 10/10 (if you know how to read, and turn simple wrenches.

Havnt rode it yet but super nice muffler. Kinda wish it was lil more quieter. I wish the rpm logo was to the side and not to the bottum. Shippin was fast to canada. Easy to installl will post again after i go for a ride

Very loud even with the medium spring..can't beat it for the price..didn't come with instructions and the qr code takes to a video that is hardly an install video.i didn't understand the concept of the bov vacume and installed backwards at first..derrr

It was all great and not hard to install but I’m not sure how small the guys hands are that install them in 20 minutes but it took me about and hour and 20 minutes. Works great and happy with everything all the way around!

These are great belts, I have not broken one yet, but I like to always have a spare just in case, but I have never been worried that it was going to break.

The charge tube fit great. Wasn’t the easiest for me to put in(new to the SxS community), but I got it done. With all the other upgrades I have done to my XP4 Turbo, having the larger charge tube was needed. The parts that I have ordered from RPM all arrived quickly.

RPM has done it again! My Rzr Pro R has the power but unfortunately burns the fuel. My friends could ride hours longer due to the Pro R using so much fuel. Now I can hang in the mountains longer and throttle hard thanks to my new RPM auxiliary tank. Thank you RPM.

Excellent exhaust tone, I really like the sound. Also much lighter than stock. It is a low rumble at idle and just the tone I wanted. However It is quite a bit louder than stock while accelerating and wish the db were lower, so some might find it too loud for the trails. At the dunes it wasn’t a problem but I was definitely one of the louder machines out there, if not the loudest. Depending on where I ride I may need to put my stock pipe back on.

Clutch was installed on 2020 XMR. Definitely hits hard! Car was tuned beforehand and still felt stock, until the clutch kit was installed… complete different unit.

Did a lot of research on jerky starts on my Ranger. Everyone said try this. $40 spring versus 1499 duraclutch. No brainer to try this first. Solved the problems and now I don’t hate my Ranger.

For sure it’s the move to go to 19 gallons. Running E-85 for the horsepower, but burns twice as fast. The bigger gas tank helps with the longer rides, actually out lasts my buddies that run 91 octane, all while still running close to 100 more horsepower. All due to larger gas tank. Great investment.

Parts came fast and were very well packaged. The hoses fit perfectly and are much stronger than stock gives me a lot more piece of mind that I wont tear a hose in the backcountry. I would recommend these even on a stock sled.
