Son has done great on it and I too have the MTFHR gene and when i take other multivitamins even though pre-methylated, i still have a hard time and get headaches but not with this so it gives me comfort since my son was non verbal at one point and couldn't verbalize if he wasn't feeling good.

So far, my ASD son (4yo) doesn't seem to mind it. I add it to his milk in the morning and evening and he doesn't seem bothered by the slight taste. This supplement is great, gives my son the nutrients his body is missing from such a poor diet! He started sleeping better after a couple weeks of taking simple spectrum and wasn’t as anxious. Vitamin deficiencies can really affect our kids and this helps a lot, and he can’t taste it! I put it in his orange juice every day!

Finally almost finished with the first can. I put it in my daughters oatmeal and she has no issues getting it down. I have seen a difference in my daughter's mood and attention. I'm not sure if this has to due with the supplement, but her appetite has significantly increased since she started taking this. She is trying so many new foods. Slow and steady. We started with a small amount in some yogurt and slowly added to the recommend dose. Because he was still sensitive to the grainy texture I add the recommended does to a teaspoon of hot water and mix/desolve down the texture as much as I can. This seemed to work. He now enjoys getting his vitamins everyday. He has also been less sick with viruses this cold and flu season.

I literally worry if my stock is running low and my order isn't yet shipped! It's light a night versus day scenario since im using Simple spectrum...we've seen so much growth, my son is less irritable, more words coming forth, better mental clarity are just some of the goodies we've had. I bought this this time for myself. I was on the GLP shots and needed a boost on nutrition. I stopped taking it when I stopped the shots. This supplement has been very helpful for our 5 year old who is autistic as well as likely has PANS/PANDAS. It took some time to figure out what food/drinks we could put it in since it’s bright yellow but we’ve found a few things that work (orange color smoothies, anything with a sauce that already has turmeric in it, pesto, peanut butter, hot cocoa).

Powder is great. We mix with grape juice and have no issues. Lollipops are even easier. Our first batch of lollipops arrived melted. Customer service was amazing, they replaced the package of lollipops AND sent an additional powder. We’ve been using Simple Spectrum for About two years (only one month so far with lollipops). My son’s speech improved in three months. Hyperactivity seemed better at first, but I can’t tell now.
