First of all, the hair came super quick!! I was so shocked and I live in the Germany. The hair is so soft, hardly tangles and has little to no shedding! The wig is amazing quality! Lucy has good communicate skills. Would highly recommend.

Definitely happy with this hair and it is as advertised. When I first opened the package, their was some messy hair, that's because static electricity is generated by friction between hair and plastic bag during transportation. When I spray one the hair, it became so silky and smooth. I used the hair over a week, I have not met any shedding or broken hair. Also the customer service exceeded my expectations. I like it for the cost. Matches well. It does tangle easy but that's because it's not Remy hair, as described. Remy means when the cuticle is facing down in one direction on every strand. It was cut right from the head from an elastic. I feel like this hair is gathered from the ground after being cut. Other then that I have no issue. It won't last as long because it's not Remy but for the price I'm happy. Fast shipping and arrival.

The topper arrived and so far the hair is really silky and beautiful. I love the larger 7"x6"base as it covers my thinning at the back of my crown and has more volume of hair by default being a larger base. I coloured it myself and even after that still soft and staying straight (my last topper had a water wave and went a little frizzy after washing and wetting). My hairdresser has cut a blunt fringe into it and trimmed and shaped the length. Will be interesting to see how long this topper stays...
