This is my 4th purchase of these extensions. I do have to wash them in purple shampoo to tone them. This time, the quality went downhill immediately with one wash. Very then and broken on the ends.

Customer service was terrible. Took forever to ship my package. Didn’t answer emails. Claimed they do expedited shipping on orders over $100 but it took over two weeks to get my order. I would have rather them answer my emails and be honest about the time frame.
