i was a bit of a pain customer as i wanted to change the length i bought, then i wanted to cancel and repurchase and blah blah blah. but they were super cooperative and really lovely and when the extensions arrived they were exactly what i expected. highly recommend, they are SLIGHTLY thinner than i thought they would be but i have really thick hair so they are probably about the average thickness or even slightly more thicker than normal hair.
