I am a 34DD, I would say this medium is good for low/medium impact because the bottom part is a tad bit loose but still supports the bust. Similar people to my size might be able to get away with small, depending how tight you wanna go. The straps in the back are stretchy and do not dig in. It’s super cute and very comfortable! Definitely getting at least one more in a different color.

Love this crop! The color is beautiful and the quality is amazing. My only complaint is the straps dig into my back a little when i first put it on, but that may be due to it being SLIGHTY tight on me. If you are in between sizes, listen to the description and size up! :)
