What an absolutely amazing company. The product is beautiful and perfect. I purchased two of these for my grandsons and they hadn’t had them very long when one came to me and was frantic because he had lost the cross from his necklace. I emailed to see if there was a warranty or if I could somehow get a replacement cross. To my amazement, a new necklace arrived in the mail. My grandson has never taken it off. He truly loves it!❤️
