I bought the unflavored and the taste is very neutral and pleasant. I used water and it mixes very well with fruits(banana and strawberry). Excellent! One big complaint i have is the package. The plastic strip doesn't seal the bag well at all. There are still openings in the bag when trying to seal it back up. Best protein powder Ive ever tried!! I bake with the unflavored one daily and it cooks perfectly—makes thicker recipes slightly runny which I think is expected.
