I just received my unflavored protien yesterday, and used it in a protien recipe today, and it worked perfectly. I have many more ideas for using it in recipes. When I first tried the vanilla I thought it was bland. Turns out because it’s so much better than the artificial sweet powders on the market. After a few shakes I have fallen in love with the natural, wholesome, less ingredient, taste. I realized that this is what quality taste likes. Love it.

In this Texas heat there are times I just don't feel like eating, and end up low in protein. I can always manage to get some of this Whey down. I mix it with some cherry or coconut Hint water. Sure, I would prefer to get it from steak, but this helps me not lose muscle as I just hit 49. I am trying to not only protect the muscle I have, but build. I purchased both the vanilla & unflavored whey. I love the fact that it only has 3 ingredients & not chemicals that are not necessary. The unflavored probably has 1 less ingredient since it doesn’t have organic vanilla bean. I put the unflavored in oatmeal & pancakes use the vanilla with some instant coffee to make a Frappuccino and fruit smoothies.

Fantastic product, it is very thin unlike other protein powders with additives. Mixes with zero clumping. For a two scoop shake with a shaker's amount of water I'd even say to cut the water amount in half. Love it so far.

The plastic container is BIG, but it saved money. It won’t fit on any shelves. I tried it to lower ldl. I also took jerusalem artichoke capsules. My ldl is down some, so I’m using it with coffee every morning. Is that WHY it’s down-no idea. Worth continuing for now. Cuts the acid in the coffee. I never leave reviews for any products but I had to for this. I have been taking plant protein because whey typically makes me feel bloated and sick. I have not had ANY stomach issues with this brand. It mixes with so smooth in milk, I was really surprised by the non-chalkiness.
