200+ grams of protein daily, and seriously limiting carbohydrate intake is working well..
(*that and eating at a 20% calorie deficit.)

Coming from a highly-processed brand, the switch takes some adjustment. I found that only adding 4 oz of water creates the right thickness. Being lactose intolerant, this was the first and only product I've tried that doesn't cause bloat. Will continue to experiment with different uses such as shakes and baking to see how compatible it is.

I'm really loving this protein powder! It blends in really nicely. My new favorite is mixing it with plain yogurt and topping with frozen mixed berries!
Whey Protein Isolate Frosted Marshmallow
Elizabeth G.
I absolutely LOVE the minimal ingredients in the vanilla protein powder. The simple, transparent nutritional information is refreshing. However, as much as I SUPER love the low calories and sugar content (and, I really do hate the taste of artificial sweeteners) I was a little put off by just how unsweet the powder was. I'll be a return customer, but I'm going to have to blend with a third of a frozen banana moving forward to add a bit more "pizazz". Frozen strawberries, ice and unsweetened plai...

Frosted Marshmallow was very good. Onto the peanut butter. And then the chocolate l.
Mixes great, but the PB seams a just a bit "chunky". However, it's NOT off putting and to be expected when using actual roasted peanuts instead of fake flavors!

The Taste is okay but that is to be expected. When there are no additives. I will use less water while consuming your protein to make a thicker more tasteful shake. Downside is and it's not just you guys. It seems to be a common theme but the plastic seal or "zip lock", broke on my initial opening of the 2 lb bag. So now I will put the 2 lb bag inside of a gallon Ziploc bag to hopefully keep the product fresh. I personally would rather have a tub. I hope the constructive criticism helps. I do ap...

I purchased the 2lb whey protein isolate in vanilla. The product has good macros and mixes up really well. I find it to have little to no flavor, so next time I’m just going to buy the unflavored with less calories. Overall, I am happy with the protein and would definitely recommend it.

Really awesome that this brand supports local dairy farms in Wisconsin. Love the simple & clean ingredients. It mixes very well. Only ding is the flavor. It’s very subtle. When mixed with milk you can barely taste it. Will order again.
Wife also loved the cow sticker it shipped with. Great touch.

Whey Protein Isolate with Organic Vanilla

I have been having this protein for the past week and it’s been working alright so far. I had to stop taking a very popular one from some ex military guy and it was making me feel horrible and bloated, it also came with a piece of thorn plastic inside that I was able to catch before blending… horrible stuff. So far Whey, is much better and I will be buying a bigger bag. The only thing I would say needs improvement is flavor, adding a bit of salt to the mix would add electrolytes and flavor. ...

I have tried the vanilla, chocolate, and peanut butter. The chocolate and peanut butter powders taste great in my evening protein yogurt and are not over-sweet, even though the peanut butter has sugar and stevia in it. I add vanilla protein powder to my morning coffee, but this vanilla is so lightly flavored that I can't taste it at all, using a full serving.
Overall, I have enjoyed 2 of the 3 flavors I've tried & will reorder them
