This is gross, but I could not believe the skin that was rolling off my body. It seems to work best if you use it last so skin has been softened. First I use a facecloth with shower gel all over, rinse then go back with these mitts very wet with NO soap or gel rub over skin in circular movement with a little pressure. You will soon feel the rolls of skin before you even look, don’t over do it or you will irritate your skin.
