Customer service was amazing and I exchanged them quickly for my actual size. Definitely will buy from this company again. These are Caiman so never buy them online. They are a tough fit boot. You must make sure they fit first. There is no give in a Caiman boot. Fit True to Size for my other Lucchese, Anderson Bean, Hyer and Horse Power boots. Lucchese makes a great boot. Beautiful and just the statement piece I needed in my collection of their boots. Need the Mason alligator next. Skips has a great collection and you won’t be disappointed.
