Recently I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis of both hips that have bone spurs. Got it in on Saturday and had gone to the rodeo. I have plantar fasciitis and my heel was in such pain. Put Jinka in a smoothie and an hour later my foot was no longer hurting. After three days I realized my shoulder was much better after hurting for over a year. I’m sold!!
