These crab cutters are the best bar none. I did have a problem where the center screw came loose and the internal spring pot out but toadfish honored their warranty and sent me a new cutter. These are incredibly well built and makes opening snow crabs as easy as can be. They are worth the money.

I bought my rod and reel a couple of months ago and wasn't able to use it until now. I must say it is the most attractive, comfortable casting rod I have used or owned. The weight and action are perfect for the casting reel. Unfortunately I was unable to land fish of any size so I can't evaluate it's performance on larger fish. I'll update this review when I am lucky enough to land a big one!

Casts larger flies well with nice tight loops. Feels good in hand and is sharp looking with a modern flare . I use a 10wt redfish tapered line in floating and sinking with good results. I would love to have these in a 4 , 7 and 10 weight size ! Bonjour de Louisiane mes amis partout . Bonne chance .

I had bought the elite heavy rod and size 6000 reel and everything was great i did have some problems with the reel but i had contacted toadfish. I let them know the problem and they just shipped out a new reel. 100 percent would recommend. And hopefully you don’t have any problems but even if you do they’ll sort it out for you.
