When the rod arrived, I noticed the tip was broken right out of the box. I immediately sent an email that evening around 8:00 PM, including a picture of the damage, and explained that it was a Christmas gift for my mom. To my surprise, by noon the very next day, I received a response letting me know that a replacement rod was already on its way. The customer service was outstanding—super responsive and incredibly fast. I had the new rod in hand just two days later. Truly an excellent experience!
