Different style to all the previous puzzles with the wines/grapes concentrated in areas. I did the top third of the puzzle without seeing a wine or a grape variety. A great puzzle but I prefer the previous style.

A fun and learning experience for wine lovers. This 1000 piece puzzle of the wine regions of France will keep you challenged. There are several areas that produce Rose wine for example, or make wine from Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The labels for these areas help add to the challenge of finding out where they belong on the puzzle. The oceans are the hardest part, so save them to the last. Do the edges and land first!

A friend got this for me when I was preparing to move to Ireland. This was by far the best quality puzzle I have ever had. The poster was a big help when trying to find where the pieces go since it was the same size as the finished puzzle, unlike the picture on the box. I also really enjoyed reading all the stories on the back of the poster about the history of whiskey production in Ireland.

This is my dream puzzle! It combines my love of wine, and my love of puzzles. And even though I know a fair amount about wine, this puzzle taught me so much more. And the geography of Italy “to boot”. I am trying to allot only a certain amount of time each day because I don't want the fun to end. I Love these Puzzles! I received France & California as gifts, so ITALY was actually my Third!
I have been a Travel Consultant for 35+ years, so this “fits” me. Also, being French Canadian from Quebec, Canada=Wine Lover! (although I am sorely tempted by the Scottish Whiskey Puzzle!)
The overall Experience is Wonderful=small sturdy pieces, colourful yet flat(so YAY, No Glare),
stays together(the weave is good=no easily made mistakes), and the Artwork is Fabulous.

This was, by far, the HARDEST puzzle I have EVER done!!! And I have done A LOOOOTTTTT of puzzles. Wow! growing up we were never allowed to look at box tops (and on this one... I HAD TO LOOK!) Completing this was addictive and fun - who knew a dog in a boat wearing sunglasses would be so hard to find?! I learned a lot about where my wines came from and had a lot of fun. I also bought 'Italy' and don't dare open it yet as I WILL lose three days, but I'm dying to start. Once completed I left it out for four days as I couldn't bear to break it up. I loved this puzzle! Even though I grew up in California I don’t live there anymore. This made me miss it! The colors are terrific and the quality is very nice.
It was so much fun to re-live some of my many jaunts around the state- from where I grew up in Santa Barbara to San Francisco where I lived and met my husband. We’ve always love the wine country and this depicts the whole state so well!
I only wish I hadn’t lost one piece from my Italy puzzle. It was wonderful and I’m ready to visit...

The puzzle is on the expensive side and it takes quite a while to arrive. That being said, it is excellent quality and they really thought about the extra stuff like the poster, box holder and extra wine glass info. Id order more if they were slightly cheaper.

I gave the Wines of South Africa jigsaw map to my daughters boyfriend for his birthday which he was delighted with - together with a rather nice bottle of SA wine! My daughter sent me the attached photo on Sunday morning to say they were making a start on it - but I haven’t seen the finished puzzle yet! Perhaps the wine distracted them!

I’m thoroughly enjoying doing this jigsaw. As you see I’ve almost finished it but it’s so interesting I don’t want it to stop!! I did buy it for my son because he likes whisky and I will pass it on but it’s taught me a lot about the geography and whisky making in Scotland. Brilliant.
