My joy in cooking has returned! I love cooking. But all my knives are old and most are from the thrift store. I saw the advertisement on Facebook and was bitten by the bug. I this is a truly great knife, well weighted, well handled, and really sharp. I am a hobbyist knife Smith and am really impressed with the quality of this blade. It holds an edge, and doesn't turn in your hand on dificult cutting.... Not to mention it's beautiful... Thank you!

I've had it for a few months and use it every day. It is a great quality knife! It would be nice to have a better blade protector. The one it came with easily falls off which is a concern because it is so wonderfully SHARP.

Literally the sharpest knife I have own in my life and I took pride in making my knives in the SEAL Teams the sharpest. I have had them for three months and they are the only knives I take out for the drawer for prep and service. Incredible purchase and look forward to more of this line.

He appreciated the leather sheath and protective box it which it arrived, as he needed to pack the knife into his checked baggage for the flight home.

Love the knife. I don't think it is a kitchen knife though and will probably carry it camping. But it is a nice knife and worth the cost. I'm not criticizing it by saying it isn't a kitchen knife though, I just have too many knifes that will do any kitchen job and do it well. There just isn't a gap in my collection that this will fill. But I believe it will shine on any campsite!
