I have a diamond cut 10k gold cross that my I got in greece when visiting my family. Absolutely phenomenal experience with chaind, had a bracelet for over 3 months, didn't scratch easy, color stayed bright and had no problems for awhile. I wore it 24/7, and my line of work is pretty rough, so eventually the clasp broke, but I contacted chaind and they replaced it no questions asked. I couldn't recommend them more. 5 stars.

Beautiful Chain my nephew will love it. My only complaint is I specifically asked the company about the lifetime warranty policy which they said is factual. But when receiving my chain I did not recieve any information on the warranty. No code or any other information about it. Usually there would be something that explains or informs you on how to proceed in such a situation. There wasn't even one piece of paper with it which was odd.

I’m gonna be honest and say I was a little skeptical about buying jewelry online, and let’s be for real, nobody has 1000s of dollars to spend on nice jewelry.
