FOR THE WIN!! Thank goodness for these because we are suckers for tacos and Mexican layer casseroles, which this made totally doable on Keto. Plus a nice moist chicken salad wrap or even a breakfast burrito. Can’t wait to order more.

These bagels are great on the Keto diet. They’re moist, and pair amazing with eggs and bacon to make a breakfast sandwich. Or even just some cream cheese and then some seasoning to jazz it up for fun.

Cute little pieces of bread are perfect size wise. We made Keto Tuna Melts, Grilled cheese sandwiches and deli meat sandwiches for our two young boys who absolutely loved the bread too.

So super delicious! I am intolerant of eggs and this exceeded my expectations!! I enjoyed a breakfast sandwich with bacon and Just Egg (egg alternative) and I feel like I’ve struck gold! I toasted the bun in my toaster oven and it was so delicious! I can see this being my new go to ‘bun’ for all sandwiches, burgers, etc! Cannot say enough good things abort this plant based bun! I was recently diagnosed as “gluten intolerant”, sigh. These everything bagels are just the thing. As a bagel with no grain at all, these are pretty amazing. I keep them frozen and toast them. They’re not regular bagels, but are a really good substitute. I plan to keep some in my freezer all the time. Thank you Unbun
