This scapular is everything it was claimed to be. It was clearly designed with a great deal of thought and care. This scapular is beautiful, and the most durable that I have ever seen. I was enrolled in the Scapular Confraternity of OLMC in 2014, and I have been through many scapulars. This one is my favourite so far and is worth every penny. I really love the soft merino wool and the convenient pockets to put miraculous medals and St Benedict medals inside. The website was easy to navigate and I was able to determine which scapular I'll buy for my husband easily. I didn't realize though that the lengths are the length on each string and not the entire necklace. I'm used to buying necklace and when I see 18" or 21" I thought it's the entire length of the scapular. My husband on the photo is 6'3" and 200 lbs. I got the 21" length for him. Beautiful, comfortable, easy to clean! So comfortable, I forget I’m wearing it. I have a hobby farm on a desert ranch, needed a sturdy scapular and preferably one that would clean easily. This one has been nibbled by equines, snatched by canines wanting to play keep away, and has accompanied me through every farm chore. If dirty, I just hand wash or spot clean, air dry and it looks brand new. I’ve never seen a scapular as beautiful as this, please never discontinue this style. Customer for life....

I've had a few scapulars that were uncomfortable or just didn't last. These are clearly the last scapulars you will ever buy. The pouch is such an added bonus. I have a Saint Benedict medal in the front and a Miraculous Medal in the back. Before you object to the placement it's based purely on weight for balance. I used to go through scapulars quickly. Wearing them in the shower, working out with them, everything contributed to a rapid wearing that resulted in the thin cords snapping. These scapulars are excellent, wear well, and last for years. My current one has been going strong for about five years and has a nice pouch for a small medal. I am very impressed with these family made scapulars. I have given many of them away and each person has said what a fine product and how comfortable they are to wear. Love this scapular so much! Very comfortable; the first time I ever wore a scapular, it took a little bit of time to get used to as they can be rough. When I put this one on, I did not really feel anything and it was pretty light. Hey there. I am a Catholic priest serving in a parish in CT. I wear a scapular at all times 24/7. I even wear it in the shower. These scapulars are very well made. They don't fall apart. When you place a medal in the front pocket it actually helps to keep the scapular in place so that it doesnt come up close to the neck.
