Great quality and has held up well so far...plus I love the pockets for my Saint medals. While it is certainly not the most affordable scapular you can find, it is a much different and better quality than any other scapular I have owned. Assuming it holds up for many months I will be happy to re-order when necessary.

I've had a few scapulars that were uncomfortable or just didn't last. These are clearly the last scapulars you will ever buy. The pouch is such an added bonus. I have a Saint Benedict medal in the front and a Miraculous Medal in the back. Before you object to the placement it's based purely on weight for balance. I had another scapular that was very itchy due to sharp edges from the sewed-on patch. This one is so comfortable and a pleasure to wear, so I wear it all the time. I didn't realize though that the lengths are the length on each string and not the entire necklace. I love these scapulars as they are strong and will last. But also I wear 2 of them. One is the regular sized and the other is the mini. The regular has pockets for medals that I don’t want to get wet in the shower. The mini is one that I keep on all the time. Both are high quality. I’ve bought several and have given them to others.

The scapular is great! The cord is not only strong but doesn't twist. The scapular squares are the best wool I've ever seen and really are soft, thick and well made. It has been a good thing to have a durable scapular, and the pockets go the extra mile and serve me tremendously! If there could be the adult designs for the kid sizes and vice versa, that might appeal to others too. The wool is soft and does not distract me from my work, which should be the primary penance that I desire to do well. ;) If there can ever be pockets added to the mini ones, that would be attractive too. I have never been able to wear a scapula for very long as they often get frayed and break. This scapula never breaks! My dog chewed the brown felt after a year and I had to get another one but after wearing it for a year it was still strong with no weakness in rope. I love the smaller ones and love that it comes with a pocket for holy medals. My husband has the larger one and he is very hard on everything and his is still great! Excellent scapular! I cannot be more pleased, and happily recommend it to all. It is simple and elegant, but still tough and durable. It does not interfere with daily activities and is comfortable to sleep in. The pockets are a huge bonus that allow me to also carry medals for my Guardian Angel and my Patron Saint at all times. I love this scapular! It's my first so I can't compare to other brands but it's not itchy in the least! My only negative comment is I wish the cord were a little longer to tuck inside my bra. But it's beautiful so if it finds it's way out throughout the day, it's no biggie.
