Customer service went above and beyond. I was a little concerned about the box sizes, tissue paper and ribbon all working together and looking nice for my brand. However, their team had sent me photos prior to my purchase to ease that stress and after purchasing I received my products within 3 days of them sending it. Great box. Very good quality. Is thick enough to protect my glass products when shipped. I have tried a few other brands and no success. Tried Neon and will stick to it. Will be buying more soon.

I managed to pack this huge 12kg, 1.2 metre (soon to be a company sign) into some hex wrap then using 2 of your largest enviro friendly compost mailers. It may not look pretty but it did arrive in 1 piece and that’s all that matters. I’ll be back

I love hex wrap. I love kraft paper. This stuff keeps my homeopathic remedies safely wrapped to be easily shipped all over Australia and overseas. And when it's done its job, it can be composted. No waste. I have bought it before but didn't buy the dispenser. Lesson learned. This makes the job so much easier and offers a more professional finish. Love it.

I would like to have posted a photo of the back of the painting, but only one allowed. But the Kraft Tape is critical to "finish" off the back of the painting when in a frame. The tape from Neon is first class and very good adhesive.

We use these quarter A4 boxes to package small orders of RTD's, it fits 4 cans comfortably that we can then wrap with the diamond hex paper, and include stickers and a thank you card. Super low footprint, cheap to ship, and decent quality!

Great product for wrapping my ceramics, felt they were safe. It was difficult to pull out of the dispenser box so I took it out of the box and managed the wrapping better. It wasn’t easy to adhere the paper to itself but I was hurrying. I gave the company name to people who bought my ceramics as they were impressed with the paper. Best of all there was NO plastic involved.

The product is really good value. I bought a 10 pack of large white magnetic close boxes and had a custom design put on. I ordered one night and the very next day was talking designs with the team. They were so incredibly helpful and patient with my changes in design. We love the hex wrap. We have used a few different brands in the past, but found Neon's to be the most affordable (especially with tiered discounting, which is fantastic) and the ability to just open the box and have the unit already set on a roller is genius. It saves us a ton of time packing. Love how thick these mailers are, I have used the most “popular” compostable mailers on the market and they do not compare. Some of the “best” are super thin and see through. Neon Packaging Mailers are thick, feel nice & pack really well.
