The necklace arrived in pristine condition. The craftsmanship and quality far beyoned my expectations, even more so than what was depicted in the photographs. I am absolutely delighted with this purchase!

The website had lots to choose from. I wished the pictures were larger on the models so I could judge the sizes. I decided to risk it and purchased this pair. They came with an orange box, and were wrapped in little zip locks bags. One wasn't in the bag and fell out. I hoped it would be okay. I wondered why they weren't put in the orange box well. They are very nice. No damage. The sparkle is just what I had hoped for. Thank you.

It is amazing!!!!!! Great quality. Only thing I would recommend to improve the item is to make the links solid and not detachable. Every other link is not solid and can be forced open. This can cause someone to snatch it and it’ll come off.

Customer service was great! I had ordered a chain size that I ultimately decided was too large and they sent me another without having to send the first one back for a small price. I was probably a pain in the butt with all of my emails, but customer service was fantastic the whole time.
