Highly recommend measuring before purchasing. I purchased these for my (old!) Ikea Tylosand sofa, which had lost a couple of feet in between moves. I discovered Chaircaps last year and bought them for chairs on a timber floor. Have been very impressed, they were easy to install and glide across the floor. The floor has now been resanded and still in perfect condition. So the caps work! My initial concern was how they would look. "Hidden in plain sight" explains it. Now to develop caps for table legs the size I need.
I then saw a new size that would work for our jarrah chairs on slate. They were a tight fit, but heating the silicon in water...

The chairs are 35 years old and I have finally found a practical and inexpensive solution to the scraping noise! The black dots just created gluey marks as they moved given the age of the chairs. To have them made in Australia is icing on the cake! Plus customer service is outstanding - I had made the rookie error of measuring the back legs and assuming all four were the same. Returning of half the order and receiving the correct ones plus refund was done within a week. Thank you.

Floor is marmolium vinyl. Legs marked even with additional rubber caps.
Put the silicone felt slide caps over those. Worked well to protect and slide easily.

Quality material on these so happy to replace the felt pads I had previously which had started to come off. Looks better too! Actually front legs of my chairs had a slightly different profile than the rear legs which I didn't notice until I started to put on these chair caps. A little warming up with hair dryer and they stretched sufficiently :)

I purchased the round caps by mistake for other, heavier cabinets that I have. I thought that i would try the round caps on other bedside tables that i have. Despite being round they worked perfectly. I will change to the square sometime in the future. I could have changed but chose not to. Who said you can't fit a square peg in a round hole. They still work well and I can easily move the bedside tables.

The medium size fits perfectly and even on one of the square chair legs it works well and was easy to put on. These caps are much better than the old felt adhesive pads.
