Great packaging and quick delivery. It was a gift so haven't used it personally. Maybe some printed instructions with examples of what you could produce would be useful and would make it seem a little more worth the cost.

Great product, but the wait time for dispatch was a little long. (2 1/2 weeks) In the future if customers have to wait 1 week+ it would be nice if the company would let us know or even have a pre-order function so dispatch time is clear.
