Service is 10/10. The first bracelet they sent me had a number of dents in them which was rather disappointing because considering the price point, I expected Hoseiki to have better QC. The charms have very good detail and shine. The bracelet fit perfectly (I added an extra cm for a looser fit which I prefer). I love that they added in extra beads just in case.

Chanced upon Hoseiki on one of the fashion blogs. Their website was very informative. It answered most of my questions. Bazi reading was done via WhatsApp and I made an appointment to visit the workshop to check out their stones (torn between 2 models). Miguel was great from the moment we met. He brought out sample, let me know the customisation that they could and stuff. I eventually chose the Merovingian. The stones looked awesome with Rose Gold Pixiu charms. It was supposedly to be red. I ordered the wrong size for myself and went down to their shop to change it. Staffs there were so nice and friendly. Master Chase advised me to get green colour as it is more favourable to me but I would like some red too. So he ask Mr Miguel to help me with the design. It really looked great!
