This frequency has a lot of health benefits but it’s kind of amazing how it has visibly helped my skin. I have hyperpigmentation, some of it never went away after my pregnancy. In a few days of using this frequency, I actually noticed the spots on my face have faded, it’s kind of crazy how quickly it’s worked. The only thing is it’s hard to know for sure if the benefits are only from this frequency because I also take a licorice supplement which also has anti-aging, anti-pigmentation effects.

The shock is more powerful than I thought, so I prefer the lowest setting only. It is calming and it’s unbelievable how well it works! If I touch it to the base of my thumb, it twitches.
