Hello, I used to suffer from really bad migraines. Sometimes weekly, sometimes every 2 weeks. My friend recommended to try probiotics. I was trying to find good probiotic (as I have been told, that the liquid ones are better). After Christmas, I ordered my first 3 bottles ( for my 3 teenagers too) and last time, I had 35 days brake from the migraine and I didn't have to be 3 days in bed.
