Been sipping on this multi strain biotic for just over two weeks, as I’m on the radiant adventure. I love the taste and agree pouring is a little hit and miss but not a big problem as I just pour a tablespoon’s worth on a serving spoon. I've had hand eczema for over a decade. I've used many hands creams. The one I've used the longest is cerave for v dry skin. I have very sensitive skin, suffer from Roseacia, and I am particularly sensitive to a chemical in sunscreens. My first product from you was the Soothing Spray which certainly helped sooth my skin during flare-ups. I use zinc for sunscreen now, excellent. Well explained, well thought out and a motivating book. This book does not bear around the bush and gets straight to the point. Very informative and love how she went through the process of providing recipie ideas. I would suggest that in the new addition a page be put in like a bullet point one to tell readers what they really need and what they might be able to do without.
