Greatest sleep at any point in the day. I was able to take a nap for the first time in like 2 years!

It helps me sleep when I know I won't be able to sleep on my own! I ordered another one so I never run out too quickly.

I really liked it but when I was in bed trying to sleep it didn’t help me that much but it helped a little but when I was actually out and about using it I really felt sleepy so I recommend to use it before you get into bed but it’s really good and soothing overall I would but again.

I have a hard time winding down in the evening. Before I relied on the basic sleep aid from the local pharmacy. This has worked out tremendously.

The item is is good! It took forever to ship and was supposed to be 3 day shipping. It arrived two months after ordering. Customer service was very sweet though and did keep me updated!
