Great calming effects! Helps get a full nights rest

I love it!

I honestly love it. I’ve been sleeping way better. I’m one to constantly wake up through the night and with this I’ve actually been able to stay asleep

I was very surprised when I first used it because I had heard both good and bad things about it so I was a bit skeptical. However, prior to trying it I was out like a light and stayed asleep for quite some time. I’ve noticed sometimes it works less than others but most of the time it does what it promises. And I am happy with how long it’s lasted me.
