I always had trouble sleeping and I would wake up at-least 5 times during the night but after trying the diffuser I fall asleep instantly and I don’t wake up out of my sleep anymore, last night something fell out of my closet and I didn’t wake up at all I was sound asleep, without cloudy I probably would have woken up right away. Definitely buying again :)
