I’ve tried many different melatonin products, even big name brands and I still wasn’t able to find anything that worked for me. Since nothing was working I thought I’d give cloudy a shot since I’ve heard about it a few times and it works amazing. I have the tendency to wake up a few times throughout the night but with the melatonin diffuser I sleep all the way through until morning with no problems. Even the mask does wonders!

The best thing about this product in comparison to both melatonin tablets and sleep aids (organic and otherwise) is that it's not aggressive in making you fall asleep. For me, it's very much a gentle persuasion. It also leaves ZERO groggy effects come morning which allows me to be productive during the day time.

This diffuser is perfect for someone having trouble with sleep. I usually take a melatonin pill but it takes a while to affect me and it usually makes me drowsy days after. The Cloudy Diffuser allows me to use it right before im going to sleep and it acts fast. It also wears off my the next day and doesn't make me feel drowsy and drugged.

I love the product for calming reasons. However melatonin had never really helped me sleep. All the calming and relaxing products in the kit are great, and work for just that. At least for me. I wish it would help me fall asleep faster. Or at all. But I'll definitely keep using it as it does help with my stress levels before bed. :)
