Since using the melatonin diffuser, I have noticed my sleep pattern improving. They definitely relax me while reading my book, within 1/2 hour I can feel myself becoming sleepy. What started off as still waking every few hours to now only waking up once or twice. This has made a huge difference, I’m waking up feeling more refreshed ready to tackle the day ahead. Would definitely recommend them

Tried one last night and was literally out within 30 mins!! tried my new silk mask on too and i have bad acne and my skin gets really itchy especially on my forehead but today my forehead isn't itchy at all! I've heard silk does your skin and hair good so will keep up with that too.

I am obsessed with this relaxing body butter I received.  It has such an incredible scent that relaxes me almost immediately. It’s a strong but not overwhelming scent mixed with lavender, coconut, and vanilla! This has been my most favorite add to my night time wind down routine and helps me fall asleep faster and get a better night sleep.
