Since using the melatonin diffuser, I have noticed my sleep pattern improving. They definitely relax me while reading my book, within 1/2 hour I can feel myself becoming sleepy. What started off as still waking every few hours to now only waking up once or twice. This has made a huge difference, I’m waking up feeling more refreshed ready to tackle the day ahead. It’s a strong but not overwhelming scent mixed with lavender, coconut, and vanilla! Now listen when I tell you I have only used one of each I was knocked out! I woke to pick up my daughter from school and as soon as I landed on the bed…. I knew NOTHING!
