2 of these gummies before bed makes me sleep very well, the calmness I get is perfect to set me off to sleep I would highly recommend. The blueberry flavour is very nice I could eat them all but I don't want to sleep for a week ha. 5 stars!

Tried one last night and was literally out within 30 mins!! tried my new silk mask on too and i have bad acne and my skin gets really itchy especially on my forehead but today my forehead isn't itchy at all! I've heard silk does your skin and hair good so will keep up with that too.
