A wonderful voice and virtuoso guitar playing, this is a great album. As a rocker, the first track has me bouncing round the room, no mean feat at my age! Grace and Aaron obviously work hard at their craft and deserve all success which comes their way.

I don't have a vinyl record player just yet but had to get the signed vinyl bundle for my collection even though I already had all the cd's. I recently bought the mp3 downloads as well so I can play those on my pc while working from home - saves getting up to change the cd's over lol. Love my WRM collection and looking forward to growing it over the coming months and years :-)

This is where it all started! A very fine album, which showcases the wonderful harmonies of Grace and Aaron. Worth buying just for Suspicious Minds and Ring of Fire, but you will also fine Greed on here and many other fine songs. (But, note it is a duo album, not a rock album.) I am delighted to see this album finally get the wider hearing it deserves.

I'd heard the single, 'Testify' and really liked it. When I first played the album, the second track stood out as the one I remembered. On playing a couple more times over the next few days, more and more tracks were stuck in my head. I don't think there are any naff tracks on there. In fact, I keep playing it and I think I always will.

At the tender age of 60 I had never seen the point of hoodies, but since getting mine I now get it! A pocket big enough for phone and keys, material thick enough to be both warm and water repellant (even after having been through the wash) and a hood that keeps the wind off your neck. Every now and then a band comes along and you think 'Hello' something special going on here, this certainly applies to 'When Rivers Meet'. Everything about their CD entitled 'We Fly Free' is 'Strong'....musically, vocally, songs and very well produced. Not a bad track can be found. Really great album. A great southern blues feel to it. Fantastic vocals and soulful guitar. Love this. Best album I've bought in the last 12 months. Playing it a lot at home, and grabbing a track or two when out in the car on the limited jaunts that we're allowed at the moment!

Its rare, but a special feeling, when you hear new music and within the first few seconds of the track, you know are a fan of this band. That's what happened for me when I first heard When Rivers Meet. Aaron's guitar and Grace's vocals are initially what capture your attention, but there's so much more to discover in these songs, from Did I Break the Law through to We Fly Free - its a fantastic album and one I can't recommend highly enough.

This is my first 'River' experience, and I must say I am impressed, very. I'm a bit of a traditionalist goat (57 yrs old) when it comes to rock-based blues (Gary Moore, Rory G, Clapton, John Mayall, Peter Green etc. to name a few) but I really like this... still getting into it but even my 25yo son downloaded it on some weird thing called Spotify after hearing the first song on the disc for 20 seconds saying "I know I'll love this". Haven't really bought much music until I heard Hozier some time back, so bought the CD. However a couple of weeks back I heard WRM on Facebook and finally real music was back, so had to buy the LP, for home (you cannot beat vinyl), and CD for the car. Great sound and vocals. Although 'Did i break the Law' was the kicker for me the rest of the album is great. Look forward to the nest album. Well done Aaron and Grace for bringing light out of darkness

Been collecting records and music generally for a long time now. This is right up there with some of the great debut albums I have in my collection. Grace and Aaron are spectacularly talented and the music is such high quality. But the key to any great album is the quality of the writing. The songs are special. It’s almost impossible to pick highlights cos they are consistently that good. Look forward to many more.
