Easy to nibble on. Will use the oversized Tablets when travelling, otherwise use the powder at home. The powder form does tend to clump in water so I simply add the 5 gram powder to the water and spin it in the blender. Not sure, as yet, how medicinal it is but will continue to use it as a preventative measure.

I am using PectaClear and Pectasol for gadolinium from an MRI with contrast for breast cancer follow up and heavy metal toxicity. I have done 3 24 hr urine tests and levels have decreased. I think it may be working a little bit now, it seems to be releasing a little quicker than before. Even though the flow is small it is steady, without the stop & go.
