Performance is great, the material is very flexible and breathable while running. I love the pockets large enough to fit my phone and the tight fit keeps it from bouncing around even while running. The ROGERS gym shirt by I Am Superhero is great! Fits perfect and allows dynamic movement while training. Comfortable and breaths well.
