It tasted like I was drinking water with baking soda in it, I have only used it a few days but can’t handle the taste so I only use it first thing in the morning I haven’t used it very long yet so can’t say what it has done for me internally. there’s no effervescence like is pictured in the advertising and the taste is bland not enticing at all. I cancelled my subscription.

I am going to use the whole bag before a full opinion. I'm hoping it works like stated. However, "no taste" still has a taste. It is icky. But, I am using it in flavored beverages which helps some. I'm thankful their aren't chemical or weird sugars. Hopefully my labs will show no dehydration.

I give it three stars only because I have only had it for a week. Honestly the taste isn’t good. But I did not buy it for a tasty drink. I also have to figure out how to dose. I am bad at drinking a bottle of water throughout the day. I’m more of a 16oz. Glass first thing in the morning then drink a bottle here and there throughout the day. All in all I do like it so far. I prefer to taste the sodium and you can’t really taste anything but you know there is something different about the water. I’m only using 1 scoop where it calls for 2. I will finish it.
