Unfortunately I do not like this product and cannot attest to its actual ability to hydrate since it makes my water taste funny but without a distinct flavor other than offputting. Hoping they will add crystallized lime or something to the mix to make it at all palatable.

It was a little too strong for me. I got headaches and felt very fatigued after taking it every day so I had to cut back and take it every other day only one scoop and I’m going to see how that does on the other days. I’ll take my other electrolyte mix that has a lower amount of minerals and no glycine. If that feels OK then I may start to do the source every day with just one scoop so I’ll just play around with it but two scoops every day was too intense for me.

The ingredients on paper look good. It does taste terrible. Not sure if this is the way it’s intended to be, if it is a bad batch, and also if it is the high quality ingredients it says it is. I would continue to use and mask it with a little bit of mortal hydration which tastes amazing if I can get some more assurance and detail on the actual ingredients to verify it’s safe and effective.

So sorry to say just don't like the taste. It's not salty at all, which is the only thing that makes the magnesium taste paletable to me. I'm adding it as an addition to other electrolytes that I have where the taste is more tolerable.

She is required to have electrolyte water. So we have been through the rig-a-ma-row of electrolyte water mixes. Now need a way to make it more palatable.

To be honest, the "passion fruit" flavor is about 3% the intensity that your brain expects. To offset this lack of flavor (the lack of flavor essentially makes it taste like salty water) , I have been adding about 1/3 of a packet of ANOTHER brand of electrolyte mix AND the juice of 1/4 lime to about 24 ounces of water. First, I didn’t realize I was getting it in a large pouch, I was expecting individual serving packets. Secondly, I found the flavor weak. I am using a 20 Yeti, and have added 5 scoops, still weak. And thirdly, it does not mix thoroughly, there is stuff in the bottom of my Yeti. I do not recommend Source and I will not reorder. I will be canceling my subscription. Sorry it didn’t work out.

First of all your Instagram advertising shows it effervescent when it mixes with water, which does not happen when I mix it. Also when I do mix it it clumps together and does not dissolve. Plus the passion fruit flavor is non existent, I can barely tell the flavor. It has a strange aftertaste like it is old. As it stands I would not recommend it to anyone. I also sent an email to Pavel and have not heard back from him. Not good customer service.
