The only thing that wasn't great was the shipping cost to Alaska. It seemed steep compared to other items I've ordered from the Lower 48.

Each product I have ordered from custom branding has been in the "discount" closeout area since I want quality not quantity I can afford. The quality is great IF you have the patience to call them 5 times for each item to agree to take a different color since they oversold or ask them to fix the site since you cant add logo and add to cart. They do not value selling deadstock customers and should see it as a gateway to grow business.

I ordered a few of the Fellow Carter tumblers in 12oz and 16oz with 3 different logos. The logo I used for this one is rectangular, so I had to shrink it down to fit within the engravable area, and it turned out pretty small. The other tumblers I ordered have a square logo which worked much better. Otherwise, I’m pretty happy with how it turned out.

We like the Corkcicle product so this is not a rating on the product itself but rather it's color.
We were looking for the specific "dragonfly" color, with the purple & blue-green hues, to match a compay logo. It's a beautiful color but were disappointed that the color was not uniform around the handle. Besides this, the logo showed up beautifully.
