Came out absolutely incredible, they people I bought them for absolutely loved them! They were also delivered in a timely manner!

The mug is great. The lid after close leaks a little bit. I wish it is leak free. Other than time, time will tell if the engraving holds. I’d love to provide feedback 6 months or a year later.

I ordered 2 engraved water bottles. I bought them for a gift and I do like them both. However the front and back are not in the same place on each water bottle. This will not be that big of a deal when the bottles are separate but for the gift presentation, I would have liked them to line up. I fixed it by not tightening one top so they laid the same direction and you could see the engravings next to each other.

This is a perfect insulated glass. It’s a great size, and the personalization is well done. I highly recommend this product, personalization, and company.

Branding on top of cooler is perfect. The wording on the side was just a cheap sticker I could have vinyl printed myself. Thought both logos would be screen printed on.

Customization was really nice. A little pricey but worth it for the mug. Can’t find mugs like this very often

The mug looked great. I just wished there was a way I could have had two different types of font, but it was nice the way it was.

Overall I'm pleased with this lighter. I bought it as a gift for my cousin who was promoted in the Marines. He absolutely loves it. I was hoping for a little bit different shade of color and more of an enamel look to the letters but overall I'm happy I bought it and would definitely recommend it.

The cup itself is perfect. Company on the other hand could be a little shady. Sold me a cup and then says it’s out of stock keeping my payment until it’s in stock. As soon as I told them it was discontinued and to just refund me it all of sudden came back in stock with them and shipped immediately. Seemed fishy.

I never received my straws only my cuP but I’m so in love with my dark aura cup I haven’t stopped using it yet!

I love the tumbler that I ordered! The personalized name I put on it was beautifully printed. The only thing I would change is the color of the lettering. I ordered a black and white patterned tumbler and the lettering was a medium gray. It is a little too light and doesn't pop as much as I would like. Other than this it is beautiful and I would order from this site again.

I love it! And it was the only suitable replacement I had for so long. I'm very happy with this purchase and the customization I was able to do. I have one suggestion to stand out from the rest -- maybe some indicator or way to know where the mouth piece will end up when you screw it on? I'm right handed and the mouthpiece portion always ends up in a different direction. That's my only recommendation.

Our customized bottles came out perfectly. The application of the pictures we used looks very durable, and the image is extremely clear. This FAR exceeded my expectations!
