The customer service was efficient. When they ran out of the color I ordered they provided me with options swiftly. Once I confirmed they created the product and shipped it quickly. I wasn’t sure of the color that I had to chose from bc my father is very particular. However he loved it and the photos and print were so neat and clear. Will be ordering from them again for sure.

I like the ability to order a one-off unit instead of having to buy 5 units when ordering directly from RTIC.

The cups came out great! My issue was the customer service. The ship time was not within the period promised on the product page. And when I told customer service, they were argumentative, only pushed back, sent me screen shots of another page entirely and would not answer why the process time was longer than promised originally. Again, the cups came out great, but I would probably not use this site again. Proceed with caution.

I like the lighter a lot. It’s certified by zippo and you can tell it’s good quality. The only issue I have is that it is a lot smaller than I anticipated. Overall, the engraving I asked for was well done and the customer service was helpful.
