The customization was perfect. The cup was exactly as advertised. Handle was not great, looked like it wasn't properly bonded to the cup broke off and subsequently broke the top from the drop.

This was supposed to be engraved not printed. It came printed. they also screwed it up. Looks like the printed it wrong, then tried sanding it down and reprinted over it. you can still see the original "5" on it. Just looks terrible.

Do not recommend!!! The decal I paid extra for on the side of the zippo peeled off within a week. The other side is starting to chip already. Save your money!
