Tremendous, as usual. It's a good time to point out that the first one came with a few construction defects. I have a lot of their hats and it was the first time one hasn't been flawless. I sent an e-mail with pictures asking for help and in less than 48 hours during the Christmas season they responded, apologized, and immediately shipped a new one, no further questions asked. Good people are as important as good product and I'm really glad to be a customer of these good people.
