There’s also an AT&T sim card which proved that it was already used and not a brand new phone that I was expecting. Sharing my experience in KIMSTORE. Device is received in good condition w/o any dents in box. The item is really brand new after meticulously checked all things in the settings. The shipment is the one disappointing. I'm from SF Pampanga however it takes forever (5 Business Day) to receive the package take note I choose Airspeed. Aside from shipping it was a good experience. Delivery was fast. But what we recieved is not the color we paid for. The box says its pink but the color of the unit is starlight. Showed them photos and sent them unboxing video, been 10 days and they still say its being reviewed. I told them to refund me of the excess payment instead bec my daughter needs to use an ipad for school and cant wait for replacement.
