The whole experience was good. However, the option to pay via COD did not show up despite of the item being available when purchased. I hate the part where you pay for same day delivery but you do not get regular updates. The customer support in viber takes a long time to respond. No one answers the messenger chat which is very infuriating. As paying customers, we should be constantly informed of the state of our purchase.

I ordered online and at the time, there were 3 pcs stock. After a wek, I noticed there wasnt any changes on the status of my order and decided to chat their viber number. I was then told there were no more stocks left and wasnt sure when it would get replenished. Your site is overselling. Not happy at all. Took another week for refund. Overall process was dissapointing and I dont want to have anything to do with Kimstore anymore. Poor service
