I sent an email the moment I got it, and I haven't gotten a reply yet. The item seemed to be already used and subpar to the product marketed Bad customer service, even worse item purchase

Kimstore is sucks! The cellphone that I ordered is defective. Six days of delivery and when the receiver finally received the item, it was not charging and customer service are very hard to reach.
