Don't buy from them!! I ordered a wig on June 16, 2024 that never arrived. After exchanging with the company, I learned that apparently there was a delivery attempt that failed following an "incorrect address" when my address is correct and there was no attempt on their part. I ran for 2 months after my package, until I sent an email again to the company telling me that the package will be returned to them and that I will be reimbursed only €35 out of the 97 euros I spent. This is unacceptable!...

❌BAD WIG. 1) Not as full as pictured 2) Small cap. The wig kept slipping backwards. Either I have a big head or this cap is not big enough. I do not have this problem with my other wigs. Granted my other wigs are NOT Sensationnel brand. 3) I found a loose track. 4) It does NOT feel well made overall. I was excited for this but it turned out to be a WASTE of $25. 👎 I do not recommend this wig.
